يقول تعالى في كتابه: ان الله لا يغير ما بقوم حتى يغيروا ما بأنفسهم
إذن فزمام أمرك في يدك وكلما تقدمت البحوث في مجال النفس الإنسانية كلما وجدناها تقترب من النصائح والحكم التي وردت في القرآن الكريم خاصة وفي الكتب السماوية عامة
وهذا ليس بالأمر المستغرب.. لأن الذي خلق الإنسان والذي أنزل الكتب السماوية هو إله واحد وكلما تطور الإنسان في عمله كلما اكتشف أكثر حكمة الحياة وعظمة الخالق العظيم.. ولكي يكون التغيير الذي ستحدثه في حياتك ذا قيمة حقيقة فلا بد أن يكون تغييرا دائماً ومستمراً ، وكلنا خبرنا التغيير في لحظة من لحظات حياتنا وربما شعرنا أحيانا بالإحباط وخيبة الأمل
كثير من الناس يحدثون بعض التغييرات في حياتهم وهم يشعرون بالخوف.. لماذا؟
لأنهم وبعقولهم الباطنة يعتقدون أن هذا التغيير لم يكون إلا مؤقتاً. وسنضرب على ذلك مثلاً: تجد أن أحد الأشخاص الذين تعرفهم يعاني من وزن زائد وكلما نوى أن يطبق نظاماً غذائياً معيناً لخفض وزنه الزائد تجده يؤجل موعد بدء هذا النظام أو أن يستمر فيه لفترة ثم يوقفه
والسر في ذلك يكمن في أن هذا الشخص يدرك بعقله الباطن أن أي ألم سيتحمله من أجل إنقاص وزنه أو أحداث أي تغيير في حياته سيعود عليه في النهاية بمردود قصير الأمد، وبتعبير آخر أنه يعلم داخل عقله اللاوعي أنه سيعود مرة أخرى إلى حالة زيادة الوزن التي كان عليها

ويتحدث روبينز عن الكيفية التي بها غير حياته قائلاً: لقد اتبعت في معظم سنوات حياتي ما أعتبره المبادئ المنظمة للتغيير الدائم
سنحاول أن نتعلم أنا وأنت بإذن الله تعالى هذه المبادئ التي يمكنها أن تغير حياتنا إلى الأفضل وبشكل دائم.. ولكن وفي هذه اللحظة بالتحديد سنحاول أن نتعرف على واحد من أهم المبادئ للتغيير يمكننا أن نستخدمها في الحال لكي نغير بها حياتنا
ورغم بساطة هذه المبادئ إلا أنها قوية وفعالة للغاية عندما تطبق بعناية ومهارة.. وهذه المبادئ تفيد على المستوى الفردي والجماعي بل والعالمي
إذا أردت في يوم من الأيام أن تحدث تغييرا حقيقيا في حياتك فأول شئ عليك أن تفعله هو أن تعلي من مستوياتك أو تزيد من مقاييسك

على المستوى الصحي اذا كنت مريضاً لا تكتف بأن تتعالج من هذا المرض.. بل ليكن المستوى الصحي الذي تحلم به هو أن تعالج هذا المرض وتكتسب لياقة بدنية وتزيد من طاقتك
وعلى المستوى الروحي لا تكتفي بأنك تؤدي الفروض.. بل ابحث عن السنن والنوافل وتعمق في دينك أكثر وتقرب يوماً بعد يوم الى الله تعالى.. ولا تقل: أنا بخير وهذا يكفيني.. فأنت لن تقف مكانك بل تأكد أنك إذا لم تتقدم فسوف تتأخر
وعلى المستوى الأسري لا تقل لنفسك: حالتي معقولة.. بل حاول أن تبحث عن سعادة أكثر.. احلم بمراكز أعظم لأولادك وخطط لذلك من الآن
أقوى مجال في حياتك هو المجال الروحي وهذا وفقا لأحدث البحوث النفسية.. لذا فإنك إذا أحدثت تغييراً في باقي مجالات حياتك.. اجتماعي - صحي - نفسي - مهني - عقلي.. سيكون يسيراً للغاية.. وهذا ما يفسر لنا سر تحول العرب بعد دخولهم الإسلام
فبعد أن كانوا أناسا خاملي الذكر أصبحوا بالإسلام قوة جبارة تحكم العالم بالعدل والسلام وخرج منهم علماء في شتى مجالات الحياة أناروا العالم بنور العلم الذي بهداه تقدم الغرب وصنعوا حضارتهم الحالية التي ننبهر من روعتها رغم أنها وليدة حضارتنا الإسلامية والتي نجهل قوتها الكامنة

أن أول شئ ينبغي عليك أن تغيره في نفسك هو الطلبات التي تطلبها من نفسك
اكتب كل الأشياء التي لا تقبلها في حياتك سواء بسواء من نفسك أو من الآخرين ثم اسأل نفسك: هل ما أعاني منه سببه فيّ أم في غيري؟
إذا كنت ممن يقولون دائماً لأنفسهم: أنا ملاك أنا ليست بي عيوب.. فرجاء لا تكمل معنا قراءة هذا الموضوع فهو ليس لك
أما إذا كنت ممن يعتقدون أنك بشر وكما أن لك مميزات فلك عيوب وأنت على استعداد أن تمحو هذه العيوب وتقوي هذه الميزات.. فتستفيد بمشيئة الله تعالى مما نكتب أقصى فائدة وستحقق نجاحات رائعة
فقط اعرف نفسك بصدق ووضوح.. وإذا ما تأكدت أن الخطأ بالفعل من الطرف الآخر ففكر في طريقة لطيفة لتغيير هذا الموقف الذي لا تحتمله
كن أمينا مع نفسك.. فلحظات الأمانة والصدق مع النفس لا تُعدل بملء الأرض ذهبا.. ثم اسأل نفسك ما هي الأمور التي لن أستطيع أن أتحملها.. أجب على الورق
ثم اكتب كل الأشياء التي تتمنى من أعماق قلبك أن تحققها.. ثم فكر في هؤلاء العظماء والنتائج الرائعة التي وصلوا إليها في حياتهم بعد أن أخذوا عهداً على أنفسهم أن لا يقبلوا بأقل من المستوى الذي حلموا به

فوائد الشاي الاخضر
لماذا يعتبر الشاي
الأخضر.. عظيم الفائدة؟
في الأسبوع الماضي، قال أطباء في الولايات
المتحدة إنهم طوروا كريما للوقاية من سرطان الجلد والعنصر السحري في هذا النوع من
الكريمات هو الشاي الأخضر المعروف بخصائصه المضادة للسرطان. وتساعد مضادات الأكسدة
الطبيعية المسماة polyphenols
في الشاي الأخضر على الحيلولة دون نمو الخلايا السرطانية في
الجلد. / SPAN>
وفي الحقيقة فإن للشاي الأخضر فوائد صحية
أخرى يستعرضها الخبراء ويبحثون في الأسباب التي جعلت من الشاي الأخضر أفضل شراب
على الإطلاق من الناحية الصحية.
الشاي
الأخضر يساعد على حرق الدهون
يساعد الشاي الأخضر على حرق الدّهون لان
تأثيره المضاد للأكسدة يساعد الكبد على أداء وظيفته بشكل أكثر فعالية. فقد اكتشفت
دراسة أميركية جديدة أجريت على رجال بدناء أن شرب الشاي الأخضر ثلاث مرات يوميا يحرق
200 سعر حراري إضافي يوميا. كذلك وجد الأشخاص الذين يتناولون الشاي الأخضر أن
الطاقة لديهم تعززت بشكل كبير.
وعلاوة على ذلك ، يخفض الشاي الأخضر مستوى
السكر في الدم والذي يعتبر مسؤولا عن خزن الجلوكوز على شكل شحوم، ولذا فإن تخفيض
مستوى السكر يخفض أيضا مستوى الشحوم المخزونة في الجسم.
الشاي الأخضر يحمي القلب
من الأمراض
أظهرت الدراسات أن الشاي الأخضر يخفض
مستوى الكولسترول في الدم لان تأثيراته المضادة للأكسدة تمنع تأكسد الكولسترول
الضار LDL في الشرايين.
ويعتبر تشكل جلطات الدم غير الطبيعي السبب
الرئيسي في النوبات القلبية والجلطات الدماغية وقد أظهر الشاي الأخضر أنه يمنع
تشكل الجلطات الدموية غير الطبيعية وأن له نفس فعالية الأسبرين في هذا المجال.
من جانب آخر، يجب ملاحظة أن الأسبرين له
تأثيرات مضادة للتجلط تختلف عن الشاي الأخضر ولذا فإذا كنت تتناول جرعات صغيرة من
الأسبرين للوقاية من النوبات القلبية أو الجلطة الدماغية ، فإنه ينبغي عليك
الاستمرار في ذلك حتى لو كنت تشرب الشاي الأخضر أيضا.
كذلك أثبتت الدراسات أن الشاي الأخضر يزيد
مستويات الكولسترول النافع HDL الذي يساعد على إزالة الصفائح الدهنية من جدران
الشرايين.
الشاي الأخضر يساعد في
تخفيض ضغط الدم
يعود سبب ارتفاع ضغط الدم إلى إنزيم تفرزه
الكلية ويسمى ACE . وتعمل الأدوية المخفضة للضغط على منع إفراز
الأنزيم ولذا فإن ضغط الدم يمكن تخفيضه من خلال تعطيل عمل الأنزيم.
أما بالنسبة للشاي الأخضر فهو معطل طبيعي
للأنزيم وقد أظهرت دراسات عديدة أن ضغط الدم انخفض في الحيوان والإنسان بعد
إعطائهما مستحضرات من الشاي الأخضر .

الأخضر يحمي من الإصابة بمرض السكري
حين يستهلك الجسم النشا، فإنه يحتاج إلى
إنزيم يسمى amylase لتحليله إلى سكريات بسيطة يمكن امتصاصها في مجرى
الدم.
وتقوم polyphenols
الموجودة في الشاي الأخضر بمنع إنزيم amylase ولذا فإنها تساعد خفض
مستويات السكر في الدم.
إن المستويات العالية للسكر والأنسولين في
الدم يعرض الناس للإصابة بمرض السكري . فقد أظهرت إحدى الدراسات أن كوبا واحدا من الشاي
الأخضر يوميا خفض مستوى نشاط إنزيم amylase بنسبة 87 بالمائة.

الأخضر يساعد على الوقاية من التسمم الغذائي
نظرا لان الشاي الأخضر يقتل البكتيريا فإن
شربه مع الوجبات يمكن أن يخفض خطر الإصابة بالتسمم الغذائي البكتيري. كذلك يمنع
الشاي الأخضر نمو البكتيريا في الأمعاء ويساعد على نمو البكتيريا النافعة في
الأمعاء.

وعلاوة على ذلك ، يخفض الشاي الأخضر مستوى
السكر في الدم والذي يعتبر مسؤولا عن خزن الجلوكوز على شكل شحوم، ولذا فإن تخفيض
مستوى السكر يخفض أيضا مستوى الشحوم المخزونة في الجسم.

أظهرت الدراسات أن الشاي الأخضر يخفض
مستوى الكولسترول في الدم لان تأثيراته المضادة للأكسدة تمنع تأكسد الكولسترول
الضار LDL في الشرايين.
ويعتبر تشكل جلطات الدم غير الطبيعي السبب
الرئيسي في النوبات القلبية والجلطات الدماغية وقد أظهر الشاي الأخضر أنه يمنع
تشكل الجلطات الدموية غير الطبيعية وأن له نفس فعالية الأسبرين في هذا المجال.
من جانب آخر، يجب ملاحظة أن الأسبرين له
تأثيرات مضادة للتجلط تختلف عن الشاي الأخضر ولذا فإذا كنت تتناول جرعات صغيرة من
الأسبرين للوقاية من النوبات القلبية أو الجلطة الدماغية ، فإنه ينبغي عليك
الاستمرار في ذلك حتى لو كنت تشرب الشاي الأخضر أيضا.
كذلك أثبتت الدراسات أن الشاي الأخضر يزيد
مستويات الكولسترول النافع HDL الذي يساعد على إزالة الصفائح الدهنية من جدران
الشرايين.
الشاي الأخضر يساعد في
تخفيض ضغط الدم
يعود سبب ارتفاع ضغط الدم إلى إنزيم تفرزه
الكلية ويسمى ACE . وتعمل الأدوية المخفضة للضغط على منع إفراز
الأنزيم ولذا فإن ضغط الدم يمكن تخفيضه من خلال تعطيل عمل الأنزيم.
أما بالنسبة للشاي الأخضر فهو معطل طبيعي
للأنزيم وقد أظهرت دراسات عديدة أن ضغط الدم انخفض في الحيوان والإنسان بعد
إعطائهما مستحضرات من الشاي الأخضر .

الأخضر يحمي من الإصابة بمرض السكري
حين يستهلك الجسم النشا، فإنه يحتاج إلى
إنزيم يسمى amylase لتحليله إلى سكريات بسيطة يمكن امتصاصها في مجرى
الدم.
وتقوم polyphenols
الموجودة في الشاي الأخضر بمنع إنزيم amylase ولذا فإنها تساعد خفض
مستويات السكر في الدم.
إن المستويات العالية للسكر والأنسولين في
الدم يعرض الناس للإصابة بمرض السكري . فقد أظهرت إحدى الدراسات أن كوبا واحدا من الشاي
الأخضر يوميا خفض مستوى نشاط إنزيم amylase بنسبة 87 بالمائة.

أي مديرعايز يعمل لنفسه منظر لازم يتنطط بالكلام ده
مصطلحات خاصه بشركات الأدويه ( الجزء الأول )

يعني وافق على كل التحشيش بتاع مديرك
ياجماعه المورال عايزينه عالي
يعني كل مندوب يروق الأناني و يضرب حجرين قبل المكتب
الدكتور ده ديرتي
يعني مبيستحماش و لا ايه ؟!

بتشديد اللام,هي عاده قديمه فعلها أكبر المدراء
ثينك أوت أوف ذا بوكس
طلع راسك برا الصندوق يا عطوه
فين فوركاستك ؟
و يعلقلك الجنيه على الحيطه
انت على الأكشن بلان
ببساطه يا تبيع يا بره الشركه

و ده بيتعمل لكل مندوب فاهم الشغل و بيعارض مديره في الصح

و معناها ان انت تخزوق في زمايلك و تنقل كل أخبارهم لمديرك
ربنا يتوب علينا من كار العوالم و خدمة البيوت , زي ما قال الشاعر محمد حماقي " بتحرق طيب أحرق و ابقى شوف مين يوم يحقق بكره تندم على اللي بعته ندم كبير , أحقق قال أحقق لو بموت و لا يوم ححقق " , و أخيرا يقطع البرودكتيفيتي على الأكتيفيتي على البوتنشياليتي و كل كليله
و نصيحه لكل مندوب اتفرج كتير على قناة ميلودي عشان تقدر تقاوم الملل
